About the role This role is a 12 month opportunity that reports to the Manager Remuneration and is involved in all aspects of Remuneration & Benefits projects and programs throughout the year.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in learning more about how Santos rewards our staff and the work that goes on behind the scenes to make sure we continue to provide industry leading remuneration and benefits programs to the wider organisation.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities of the role include: Supporting the Global Remuneration & Benefits annual programs including Performance, Annual Salary Review, STI and Executive LTI, Global Employee Share Plan Assisting with Administration of external providers ie Maxxia, Computershare etc Assisting with preparation of salary survey submissions and analysis of the results Providing support in the preparation of remuneration proposals Supporting the delivery of Remuneration & Benefits projects Assisting with preparation of expatriate package build-ups Data analysis and periodic reporting About you The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified with the ability to provide sound advice to the business in line with Santos' policies and practices. The role requires someone who can display a great level of confidentiality.

This role will suit someone with advanced data analysis skills whilst displaying strong stakeholder engagement. Financial or employment taxes experience would be beneficial.
