Undertake continuous monitoring and reviews with service delivery and maintenance teams to achieve budget and asset management objectives.Assist with maintaining, regular auditing and improving the water supply and sewerage asset register, preventative maintenance and condition assessment programs to help achieve asset management objectives, service standards, and commercial outcomes across both urban and remote communities.Contribute as a member of the Service Delivery team performing routine operation, maintenance and servicing of water, wastewater and recycled water systems across major and minor centres in the Southern Region.
Assist in remote communities in the Southern Region as required.Support the delivery of the Territory Water Plan Priority Action 3, design and maintain a water infrastructure investment prioritisation framework for Indigenous Essential Services.Provide strategic and people leadership to the Property team ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to a range of internal and external customers through multiple channels.
Manage the property and asset portfolio of Power and Water Corporation.Ensure that the corporation, and its Board, management and employees are complying with applicable legislative and regulatory obligations.Provide strategic and people leadership to a multi-disciplined team to ensure the management and optimisation of operations of Power and Waters' Indigenous Essential Services Retail team.Ensure that crews, plant and equipment are scheduled and fully utilised in delivering the works plan.Responsible for the development, programming, delivery and evaluation of competency-based technical training and assessment relating to isolation and access to high voltage, low voltage and mechanical apparatus for Power and Water's employees and contractors.Provide high level pro-active executive level business coordination and administrative support to the Safety, People and Governance business unit.Special InstructionsAboriginal applicants will be granted priority consideration for this vacancy.ContactMurray Kruger, Maintenance Planner on 0428 350 375Sarah Bass, Acting General Manager People, Safety and Governance on 0419 435 878
