Remote Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Support Representative to join our team at Philip Morris International in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide remote support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.2. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems efficiently and effectively.3. Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary.4. Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly.5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and service delivery.6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements:1. Driven and motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer support.2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to analyze situations to provide appropriate solutions.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.5. Proficiency with remote support tools and technology.6. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
