Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.We are seeking Trade Qualified Refrigeration Technicians looking to join the Delta Facilities Management team on a Full-Time basis. We are offering Permanent Ongoing works to Remote WA sites, on an even time 14&14 Days Only Roster. You'll be joining a small but established maintenance team with positions commencing from March 2024. All roles will be FIFO from Perth Airport with immediate starts preferred. THE POSITION Reporting directly to the Electrical Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environmentConduct refrigeration-maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs, breakdowns and planned works, dismantling malfunctioning systems and test componentsPerform maintenance and repairs across the Village including Air-conditioning units site-wide & Refrigeration in our Kitchen facilitiesPrioritising urgent works, meeting rectification deadlines. Actively manage and meet response timesEnsure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice THE PERSON Hold an Australian Recognised Trade Certificate in RefrigerationMinimum 3 years-experience in a similar roleFull ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical LicenceFull C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police CheckCurrent CPR + LVR, WAH, CS, HRWL – EWP highly desirableTeam player and able to work autonomously THE BENEFITS Consistent ongoing maintenance work across a variety of Delta FM Resort Style Village sites WA widePPE, Meals, Flights & Accommodation all included.Site based recreation amenities including Tennis Courts, Pools, BBQ's.
