Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.We are seeking Trade Qualified Refrigeration Technicians/HVAC's to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport, 12 Hour Days, 11 hours Paid. Applicants looking to start in March 2024 are encouraged to apply. THE POSITION Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned worksFault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other tradesActively manage and meet response times, rectification times and deadlinesPrioritise and attend to urgent requestsProvide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.Report to Delta FM Operational Support THE PERSON Hold an Australian Recognised Trade CertificateBased in WA and able to depart from Perth AirportMinimum 3 years-experience in a similar roleFull ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical LicenceFull C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & current Police CheckCurrent CPR + LVR, WAH, CS, HRWL – EWP highly desirableTeam player and able to work autonomously THE BENEFITS Work across a variety of Remote Delta FM sites WA wide on a FIFO Casual basis, Full Time positions also availablePPE, Meals, Flights & Resort Style Accommodation all includedSite based recreation amenities including Tennis Courts, Pools, BBQ's.
