**Job Description:**

Liberty Interactive is seeking a motivated and organized Remote Personal Assistant to support our executive team in achieving operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle travel arrangements including itinerary planning, booking accommodations, and transportation.

2. **Communication and Coordination:**
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Liaise effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the smooth flow of information.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and provide follow-up on action items.

3. **Research and Project Support:**
- Conduct research on various topics to assist with project development and executive decision-making.
- Prepare background materials for meetings and presentations.
- Assist with monitoring project timelines and deliverables.

4. **Organizational Tasks:**
- Create and manage task lists, ensuring deadlines are met efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation for conferences and team-building exercises.
- Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement new tools or methods for increased efficiency.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or related field is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is an advantage.
- Strong typing skills and ability to quickly learn new software.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: A self-starter who is proactive in tackling tasks and overcoming challenges.
- Adaptable: Able to adjust to changing priorities and varied work demands.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written.
