Job Description:

As a Remote Live Chat Officer at Sanmina, based in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communication. This part-time entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the success of a leading global company.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions- Utilize resources and product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience- Document customer interactions accurately and timely in the system- Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals

Requirements:- Strong passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service- Highly resourceful and able to problem-solve effectively- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in a teamwork environment- Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision- Proficient in typing and multitasking in a fast-paced environment- No previous experience required, full training will be provided
