Position Overview:

We are seeking a Remote Executive Assistant that will provide comprehensive support. This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can manage key projects, handle email and diary management, maintain to-do lists, prepare agendas, and ensure the Managing Director stays on track with tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects across all businesses. Efficiently manage the Managing Director's email inbox, including sorting, responding, and flagging important messages. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events to ensure optimal time management. Maintain detailed to-do lists and follow up on pending tasks to ensure timely completion. Prepare and organize meeting agendas and ensure all necessary materials are available in advance. Take detailed notes during meetings and follow up on action items. Keep the Managing Director accountable for their tasks and deadlines through regular check-ins, reminders, and prompts. Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
