- **Product Knowledge:** Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of SanDisk products, services, and features to assist customers effectively and accurately.

- **Documentation:** Log and track customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system, ensuring all issues are documented and escalated when necessary.

- **Feedback Loop:** Collect customer feedback and insights to share with the product and marketing teams, contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical support, product management, and sales, to provide seamless customer support and enhance overall service delivery.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established KPIs, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay updated with the latest product changes, industry trends, and customer service strategies.

- **Risk Management:** Encourage and engage in calculated risk-taking in problem-solving scenarios to drive innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably within the tech industry.

- **Skills:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is preferred.

- **Teamwork:** Ability to work collaboratively with team members in a remote setting, maintaining clear communication and fostering a positive work environment.

- **Personality Traits:** Driven and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and contributing to the team's success.

- **Soft Skills:** Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. A strong sense of empathy and active listening skills for effectively understanding customer needs.
