- **Documentation:** Accurately document interactions and resolution steps in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and complete.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in a relevant field is a plus.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a technical or product-oriented environment.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable navigating digital communication platforms.
