Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Altium is seeking a motivated and driven Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements- Assist in the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction metrics and goals

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends- Motivated and driven attitude with a passion for customer service
