Job Description:

Union Pacific is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support and a passion for providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow through to resolution
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in the customer experience

Requirements:
- Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience working in a remote customer support role is a plus
