Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Support Officer at United Continental Holdings, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role will require you to work remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU and will be a full-time position at the Associate Level.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, ensuring issue resolution and customer retention.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Provide product and service information to customers.5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to address customer issues and concerns.6. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.7. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further investigation.8. Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field.2. Resilient and dedicated personality traits.3. Strong emotional intelligence and presentation skills.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.7. Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.8. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
