**Job Overview:**
As a Remote Customer Support Officer at Atlas Arteria, you will be the initial point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance regarding our services, products, and technical inquiries. This role requires a proactive and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is independent in their work, and adopts a continuous learning approach to adapt to our evolving business needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality assistance and support.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Conduct thorough research to provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support and operations, to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and feedback, providing insights to enhance service offerings and processes.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Atlas Arteria's products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Assist in the creation and updating of customer support documentation and FAQs.
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance personal skills and stay abreast of changes in services and processes.

**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a remote setting.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and support.
- Strong research skills and the ability to navigate information sources effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all interactions and documentation.
- Reliable and independent working style with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening.
- Proficient in using customer support platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with the transportation infrastructure industry is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and learn new technologies and processes quickly.
