**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Feedback and Improvement:** Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to management. Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and customer experience.

- **Training and Development:** Assist in the onboarding process for new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices. Stay up-to-date with product updates and industry trends to provide relevant information to customers.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments, including technical support, sales, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and share ideas.

- **Ethical Conduct:** Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all customer interactions, ensuring confidentiality and respect for customer data.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position, showcasing a proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

- **Educational Background:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
