Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Wisr in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Entry Level role, this position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is ready to dive into the world of customer success.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure they are receiving the full value of our services and products
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Assist with customer onboarding and training to ensure a smooth experience
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights to improve our offerings

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Team player with strong cooperation and leadership skills
- Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
