Job Description:
Gap is seeking a Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:1. Develop strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and support.2. Handle customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner.3. Provide product information and assistance to customers to enhance their shopping experience.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues.5. Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences to improve service offerings.6. Proactively identify areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and propose solutions.7. Assist with customer retention efforts through targeted outreach and follow-up communication.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.3. Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers.4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Innovative mindset with a strong ability to research and analyze customer data.7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.8. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
