Job Description:

Fortescue Future Industries is seeking a passionate and confident Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a leader in the sustainable energy industry, we are looking for a dedicated individual with at least 8 years of experience in customer success to help us drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges- Work closely with internal teams to advocate for the customer and ensure their needs are being met- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention- Provide guidance and support to customers throughout their journey with our products and services- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to ensure their success

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong project management and decision-making abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Technical proficiency with CRM software and other related tools- Experience in the sustainable energy industry is a plus
