### **Job Description:**

PulteGroup, one of the leading homebuilding companies, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time role will primarily focus on nurturing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating effective communication between customers and our internal departments. ### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Support:** Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns via various communication channels (email, chat, phone). Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are met and provide timely resolutions to issues.

- **Relationship Management:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and expectations. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

- **Data Analysis:** Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics. Analyze customer interactions to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the management team.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to facilitate smooth onboarding and transitions for new customers. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure cohesive service delivery.

- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Document customer issues, resolutions, and feedback to build a knowledge base for future reference and training purposes.

- **Training & Onboarding:** Assist in developing training materials for new customers and conduct onboarding sessions to help customers effectively use PulteGroup services and products.

- **Leadership Support:** Provide support to leadership in planning and executing customer success initiatives and programs that align with the company's goals.

- **Feedback Loop:** Collect and report customer feedback to the appropriate departments to improve service offerings and enhance the overall customer experience.

### **Requirements:**

- **Experience:** A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or a related field, with a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data analysis tools will be an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:**
- **Independent:** Capable of working autonomously and managing time efficiently in a remote environment.
- **Resilient:** Able to navigate challenges and setbacks while maintaining a positive attitude and focus on customer needs.

- **Soft Skills:**
