Celanese, a global technology and specialty materials company, is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by efficiently addressing inquiries and providing relevant solutions.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Support:** Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
- **Account Management:** Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation in our CRM system, tracking issues and resolutions to optimize feedback and improve future interactions.
- **Product Knowledge:** Gain a deep understanding of Celanese's products and services to effectively answer customer questions, provide product recommendations, and assist with any related concerns.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather and communicate feedback from customers to relevant teams to help inform product enhancements and improve service delivery.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with various departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Technical Support to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our customer's needs and to provide a seamless customer experience.
- **Time Management:** Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently to ensure all customer interactions are handled within established timeframes while maintaining high-quality service.
- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in training sessions and ongoing educational opportunities to stay informed about industry trends, company policies, and best practices in customer service.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or care role; prior experience in a remote position is advantageous.

- Independent: Capable of working autonomously and managing time effectively without constant supervision.
- **Soft Skills:**

- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to customers of varying backgrounds.
