Job Description:
Orora is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in customer care management. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve processes and efficiency.3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.5. Lead by example, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and professionalism in all interactions.6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Proven experience in customer care management.3. Strong project management and persuasion skills.4. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.5. Ability to work independently and remotely.6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
