- **Analytics and Reporting:**
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives using analytical tools.
- Apply critical thinking to derive insights and recommendations from data to optimize future communications.
- **Collaboration and Support:**
- Work closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, public relations, and product development—to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Support senior team members with strategic communication projects and initiatives, contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- **Community Engagement:**
- Assist in managing online and offline community engagement strategies, fostering positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Respond to inquiries and feedback in a timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- **Research and Development:**
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for communication strategies.
- Conduct research to support communication plans and enhance content relevance.
- **Administrative Duties:**
- Maintain organized records of communication projects, schedules, and feedback to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing documentation as necessary.
### Requirements
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a communications-related role; internships and volunteer experiences will be considered.
- Proficiency in using communication and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
