Metcash is seeking a dedicated and energetic Remote Client Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This part-time position will involve strategic planning and decision-making to elevate our client relationships and enhance our service delivery.

#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing any queries or concerns.
- **Service Strategy Development:** Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop service strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention. Implement initiatives that align with the company's vision and objectives.
- **Performance Monitoring:** Analyze client service metrics and feedback to assess current performance levels. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address challenges.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance client experiences.
- **Problem Resolution:** Act as an escalation point for client issues, employing strong decision-making skills to resolve conflicts swiftly while maintaining client trust and satisfaction.
- **Training and Development:** Mentor and support junior staff in client service practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- **Market Research:** Conduct regular market analysis to stay attuned to industry trends and competitor activities. Leverage insights to inform service enhancements and client engagement strategies.
- **Reporting:** Prepare and present regular reports on client satisfaction scores, service performance metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
- **Travel Opportunities:** As necessary, participate in client meetings and industry events, which may require travel to various locations.

#### Requirements:
- **Experience:** A minimum of 6 years of experience in client service management or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in a remote work environment.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
