### **Job Description**

PBF Energy is seeking a dedicated and independent Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our growing team in Canberra. As a vital part of our client relations department, you will play a significant role in supporting our clients and enhancing their experience with our products and services. ### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Client Communication:** Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Effectively manage client communications to ensure timely responses and high-quality service.
- **Relationship Building:** Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services and products. Regularly check in with clients to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- **Issue Resolution:** Utilize problem-solving skills to address client issues and concerns promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex matters, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process.
- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for enhancement in service delivery.
- **Client Onboarding:** Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by providing them with necessary information, resources, and guidance to ensure a smooth transition and positive initial experience.
- **Feedback Collection:** Regularly solicit feedback from clients to improve the service offerings and contribute to ongoing quality assurance initiatives.
- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on client engagement and satisfaction metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to management for enhancing client relations strategies.

### **Requirements**

- **Education:** Minimum of a high school diploma; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related role.
- **Personality Traits:**
- **Dedicated:** Committed to meeting client needs and maintaining service integrity.
- **Independent:** Capability to work autonomously while effectively managing time and responsibilities.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Emotional Intelligence:** Ability to empathize with clients, understand their emotional responses, and manage interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.
- **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical skills with an ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues and improve client experiences.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software. Basic knowledge of the energy sector is an advantage but not required.
