- **Documentation & Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Prepare reports to track client satisfaction, common issues, and resolutions.

- **Project Coordination:** Assist in managing various projects focused on enhancing client relations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time and within scope.

- **Product Knowledge:** Stay current on Rite Aid products, services, and promotions. Provide clients with accurate and thorough information to assist in their decision-making processes.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improvement and best practices.

- **Compliance & Ethics:** Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations. Promote ethical practices in all client interactions.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a relevant degree is a plus but not required.

- **Experience:** No prior experience necessary. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

- **Personality Traits:** Energetic, reliable, with a positive attitude towards challenges and change.

- **Soft Skills:** Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Demonstrated emotional intelligence to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
