**Job Overview:**
As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by engaging with clients through chat platforms. You will help troubleshoot issues and provide information regarding our products and services. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about aviation and customer relations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:**
- Initiate and manage chat interactions with customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and needs promptly.
- Employ active listening and effective questioning skills to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

- **Technical Support:**
- Assist customers in troubleshooting product-related issues, providing step-by-step guidance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and ticket resolutions in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

- **Collaboration and Teamwork:**
- Work closely with global colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, aiming to foster a positive team environment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance skills and product knowledge.

- **Performance Metrics:**
- Strive to meet or exceed Performance Key Indicators (KPIs) including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Support the development of best practices for remote chat support and assist in the onboarding of new team members.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support or call center environment.

- **Personal Traits:**
- Passionate about customer service and the aviation industry.
- Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Familiarity with chat support software and CRM systems is preferred.
- Basic understanding of aviation products or related industry knowledge is a plus.
