### Requirements:
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a remote environment.
- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in communication, business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient with computer systems and software, including chat support platforms.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining quality responses.
