Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.We are seeking Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our WA Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across Remote Village Accommodations WA-Wide. These positions will be FIFO from Perth Airport. Applicants looking to start across March & April 2024 are encouraged to apply. THE POSITION Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned worksConstructs, erects, installs, and repairs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, and wallboard, conforming to local building codesReactive maintenance and assisting other tradesPrioritise and attend to urgent requestsEnsure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.Report to Delta FM Operational Support THE PERSON Hold an Australian Recognised Carpentry Trade Certificate III or equivalentFull C Class Drivers LicenceWhite CardAble to provide a Police Check (within 12 months)CS, WAH, HRWL – EWP highly desirableWell versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulationsMinimum 3 years experience in a similar role THE BENEFITS Work across a variety of Remote Delta FM sites WA wide on a FIFO Casual basisPPE, Meals, Flights & Resort Style Accommodation all includedSite based recreation amenities including Tennis Courts, Pools, BBQ's.
