Job Description:

As a Remote Call Center Officer at Wisr, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or inquiries they may have. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers in a timely manner2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction4. Follow company guidelines and procedures for call handling and data entry5. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance goals and targets6. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times8. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail5. Reliable and adaptable personality traits6. Ability to work well in a team and make decisions independently7. Proficiency in using call center software and Microsoft Office applications8. High school diploma or equivalent required
