### Job Description

Lendlease Group is seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Canberra. As a remote member of our call center team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our business objectives.

### Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Support:**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information on products and services, ensuring clarity and comprehensive understanding for clients.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, striving for first-call resolution.

- **Data Management:**
- Utilize the company's CRM system to log all interactions and ensure accuracy in customer records.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing customer queries and issues.
- Prepare reports summarizing customer interactions and feedback for management review.

- **Collaboration and Teamwork:**
- Work closely with team members across various departments to coordinate customer communications and solutions.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve customer service processes continually.
- Assist in training new team members to enhance the overall skill set of the call center team.

- **Creativity and Planning:**
- Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional campaigns through innovative customer engagement ideas.
- Help develop scripts and workflows for common inquiries to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze customer interactions to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

### Requirements:

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 4 years in a customer service or call center environment, with demonstrated experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints.

- **Skills:**
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to think critically under pressure.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Resourceful: Ability to find quick and clever ways to overcome difficulties.
