Job Description:

O'Reilly Automotive is seeking a Remote Call Center Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, and product information.2. Use critical thinking skills to determine the best course of action for each customer interaction.3. Demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy in all interactions to provide a positive customer experience.4. Maintain a high level of reliability and resilience in handling challenging customer situations.5. Ensure all customer information is accurately documented in the system.6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve escalated customer issues.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call resolution, customer satisfaction, and call quality.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy.3. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.4. Reliable and resilient in a fast-paced work environment.5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.6. Proficiency in using call center software and customer relationship management systems.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
