Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

Dover is seeking a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As a part-time Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients and partners
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential growth opportunities
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress towards targets
- Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies and initiatives
- Work closely with the management team to support overall business objectives and initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Resourceful and dedicated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to effectively manage people and build relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
