Contracts: 4-12 weeks
Short Contracts: We facilitate short term placements that suit your availability and experience.

Summary - About The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Area Nurses for short contracts to provide health care services to remote communities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a difference in underserved areas and capable of working autonomously and withing a dynamic team in challenging environments.
Competitive base rate up to $85 / per hour + Penalties + SuperTransport coveredSubsidised accommodationRotating rosterAs a Registered Nurse, Your Responsibilities Will Include Develop individualized care plans based on patients' needs, preferences, and goals, in collaboration with the patient, family, and healthcare team.Provide skilled nursing interventions to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, catheter care, and disease management.Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment, and intervene as necessary to address acute or chronic health issues.Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician.What We Require From You Bachelor of Nursing qualification (or equivalent) and current AHPRA registrationMinimum of 2 years working in remote or rural healthcare settingsAbility to work autonomously outside hospital environmentEvidence of prior serviceSpecific qualifications or Training for specialty areaWe look forward to working with you and creating your new and exciting job opportunity.
