About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Remote Area Nurse for an immediate start at a small clinic located in the Kimberely region of WA, east of Broome. This opportunity is for someone who has experience working in remote communities, Aboriginal health, chronic disease management and primary health care.
Responsibilities Deliver high-quality healthcare services to remote communities in the Kimberley Region. Conduct immunisations and ensure compliance with immunisation schedules. Demonstrate proficiency in iStat usage. Safely operate 4WD vehicles and possess off-road defensive driver training. Collaborating with local healthcare teams and community leaders. Skills & experience Minimum of 3 years' experience as an RN, and 1 year experience working as a RAN. Unrestricted AHPRA registration. Certificates such as REC, MEC, ALS, Pharmacotherapeutics, Immunisation provider, and manual license. WA WWCC (or willing to obtain) National police check (within the last 6 months) Benefits Free accommodation provided for the duration of the contract. Free travel.
