- **Document Preparation:** Prepare, edit, and proofread various documents and reports, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with company standards.
- **Data Entry & Management:** Maintain and update databases, ensuring information is accurate and accessible. Assist in tracking projects and deadlines using relevant software tools.
- **Project Coordination:** Support project teams by coordinating schedules, distributing action items, and following up on deliverables to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- **Research:** Conduct basic research to gather information pertinent to the business and prepare summaries or reports as needed, showcasing resourcefulness and initiative.
- **Office Supplies & Equipment Management:** Monitor and order office supplies as needed, ensuring that team members have the necessary resources for effective work.
- **Innovation in Processes:** Identify areas for improvement in administrative processes, suggesting enhancements and implementing new methods to streamline operations.
- **Negotiation Support:** Assist in coordinating contracts and negotiations with vendors and service providers while ensuring favorable terms and effective communication.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus but not required.
- **Experience:** Previous administrative experience is not necessary, but an eagerness to learn and a passion for supporting organizational operations is essential.
- **Computer Skills:** Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable working with cloud-based tools and platforms.
- **Personality Traits:** Must be resourceful and reliable, demonstrating the ability to problem-solve independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong innovation and negotiation skills are vital. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate interpersonal effectiveness.
