Rabobank's COO Domain's Enterprise Remediation Team is responsible for conducting & managing remediation in line with policy, processes, & ASIC RG 277 regulations. We currently have an opening for a Remediation Senior Analyst to join this dynamic & high performing team. Based in Sydney, you will work a hybrid mix of 2 days in the CBD office & other days working from home.
As Remediation Senior Analyst you will ensure that both tactical & strategic remediation activities are delivered in a timely, well managed & customer-focused manner, aligned to Rabobank's overarching mission & values. Reporting to the Head of Remediation you will work closely with the Head of Remediation to ensure consistent, controlled delivery across the remediation portfolio.
Top Role Accountabilities: Identify & manage stakeholders, understand stakeholder interests & ensure that impacted stakeholders have a common understanding of changes.Perform requirements traceability of requirements artefacts, ensuring that this is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Lead the creation, management & distribution of key documentation, plans, reports, correspondence & briefings via necessary meetings, e.g. business case development.Own the capture of backlogged deliverables, supporting Head of in prioritisation of features.Conduct data analysis & reporting as required.Facilitate workshops with business & technical stakeholders and perform walkthroughs with project team members.Document end to end process maps based on how critical data elements are linked.Work as part of a team to understand & document project scope & objectives, facilitate workshops to define & prioritise requirements, agree on outcomes & risks.Design & develop the remediation, identifying the root cause of the issues to be addressed & implementing tactical solutions to prevent further breaches occurring.Design, develop & deliver the remediation/rectification strategy covering financial, client, payments & internal and external reporting requirements.Provide regular reporting & analysis on projects within the COO business domain.Support to maintain all Project documentation.Assist in the completion of relevant/required reports to Boards, Committees, Group, Management & Business Units, regulator as required.To be successful in the role, you will have: A minimum of 5 years' experience in banking & finance with direct responsibility for managing complex customer situations & high-risk activities.Demonstrated Business & Data Analysis experience working on remediation projects.Proven experience in a role covering documentation, facilitation, data analysis & reporting in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.High developed analytical & information management skills.Experience in developing creative solutions that develop good customer outcomes.Experience consulting with a range of stakeholders to develop & implement solutions.An all-rounder (both strategic & hands on) with an ability to get up to speed quickly & deal with ambiguous or challenging situations.Knowledge of global Compliance regulations & practices.Our Values Rabobank Australia values inclusion, belonging, & positive experiences for all.
