Position OverviewThe Remediation Manager for Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) Remediation will play a significant and critical role in the success of WPB's objectives and outcomes within the Remediation programme.
In this role, you will be accountable for providing support to the Remediation Lead in the successful delivery of various critical Remediation projects across WPB.
You will also be responsible for requirements gathering related to remediation projects, followed by solution selection and design, as well as executing the remediation and customer contact strategy approach.
Main ResponsibilitiesEmploy an improvement mindset to identify and define issues or problems that are less obvious; participate actively and constructively in brainstorming meetings where problems are discussed and/or resolved.Regularly interact with primary stakeholders and coordinate with departments tasked with the delivery of the Remediation initiatives in the country including Regulatory Compliance, Legal, Proposition, Business Risk & Control Management, and Business Implementation.Understand and manage programme client/stakeholder requirements and expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.Prepare updates to provide accurate, timely, and insightful analysis of the progress of the Remediation Programmes and work streams including an assessment of the impact on the business and recommended intervention requirements where necessary.Liaise with senior stakeholders both inside and outside of the Remediation Programme.
