Remedial – Project Manager

Job Description Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 + super + Benefits  Position Title: Project Manager – Remedial  Location: Sydney Employment Type: Full-Time    About the Client: Our client, a leading specialist in remedial construction, is renowned for delivering high-quality repair, restoration, and upgrade projects.
With continued growth and a solid pipeline, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee their remedial projects, including concrete repairs, waterproofing, and façade restorations.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of remedial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: Manage remedial projects from initiation to completion.
Lead project teams, including subcontractors and site supervisors.
Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, and safety standards.
Maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the remedial construction industry.
Knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, façade restoration, and structural upgrades.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction.
Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent (preferred).
Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous.
