Anything from investigations and assessments through to management of remediation works.

Role: - Remedial Engineer Team Leader Requirements: Conduct detailed investigations and condition assessments of existing structures.Investigations cover a wide range of issues including waterproofing, concrete spalling, structural cracking and other load-bearing structures that require remediation.Deliver high-quality tender documentation, tender selection qualification, and project manage rectification works.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, clients, and contractors (e.g.
strata managers, owners' corporations, and building managers).Prepare high-quality written reports.Ideally 6 plus years of local remedial engineering experience.If you would like to have a confidential chat about this role, feel free to reach out.
