About the role The Content Developer, Analytical Content will be responsible for the strategic development of the products within all practice-based portfolios. The Content Developer will be accountable for the commercial performance and will advise on all decisions relating to commercial management such as pricing, marketing and sales strategies along with new content ideas and development.
The Content Developer, Analytical Content will need to be able to formulate a good understanding of the core content offering and be able to apply this to strategic content proposals based on a deep knowledge of segment and customer behaviors and personas.
This role will be expected to engage closely with various business stakeholders to gain approval on business cases and developments working in close collaboration with the Content Management team to maintain a strong understanding of the product, its value proposition and unique selling points. Close interaction with sales and marketing and CDI is required to carry out this role effectively.
This is a permanent full-time role based in our Sydney or Melbourne with combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities Content Strategy : Ownership and responsibility to develop practice area and segment based content strategies from new product ideation to proposals including major redevelopments or positioning of existing content.
GTM & External Team Support : Establishing efficient tools and methods to support Sales and Marketing team in promoting and securing sales of products.
Relationship Management (external & internal) : Establishing key relationships to share knowledge and support external facing teams.
Requirements 1-2 years' experience as a content developer or equivalent experience in legal or publishing industries.
Legal practice, legal industry and/or publishing experience.
High level of legal research skills.
Computer skills in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Superior reading and legal comprehension skills.
Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Strong commercial awareness.
