The position of the Religious Education Coordinator (REC) is a senior leadership role that exists to support the Principal in implementing the mission and vision of the school, to support growth in faith and improvement in learning for students. St Anne's Primary School in North Albury is looking for a Religious Education Coordinator to join their amazing team, commencing January 2025.

The Role The position of the Religious Education Coordinator (REC) is a senior leadership role that exists to support the Principal in implementing the mission and vision of the school, to support growth in faith and improvement in learning for students. The REC has the delegated responsibility for the leadership, coordination, and supervision of learning and teaching in Religious Education.

Skills and Experience Recent school or system Leadership experience. Highly developed communication skills in a range of forums and media. Knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning pedagogies, curriculum, and practice. Ability to think critically, strategically, and operationally. A high level of relational skills evidenced in a range of circumstances. Ability to understand, interpret and analyse data relevant to scope of practice and position. Experience in management of budgets and understanding of relevant policy and governance as appropriate to the role.
