The Role:
Working in a professional yet fun environment, this role requires a high level of customer service. Collaborating closely with an experienced team, you will strive to exceed clients' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
Relief strata management Liaising with Owners Corporation as needed Arranging quotations for repairs, and maintenance Preparing agendas and minutes for meetings Preparing budgets for presentation at AGMs Convening and conducting meetings Performing periodic inspections Handling administrative tasks The Candidate: Previous experience as a Strata Assistant or in Property Management is preferred but not essential Ideally possess a current Certificate of Registration Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask High level of computer proficiency Ability to thrive in a bright and energetic team The Benefits: Monday to Friday schedule Excellent training and support Competitive salary Fantastic team culture Assured career progression To Apply:
