The role Our Melbourne office is currently seeking a full-time Relief Secretary to join our Melbourne Relief Team.
This will be a dynamic, active and varied position dealing with both our clients and people at all levels within the firm.
The role will involve responsibilities in: Providing secretarial cover to varied teams Liaising with clients and staff Preparation of legal documents Correspondence (emails, memos and letters) Billing Diary management Opening, maintaining and closing matter files Reception cover where required Meeting room and event set up, including organising catering, managing room bookings, stock ordering and ensuring Tech needs are met.
Administrative support.
Photocopying, scanning and other tasks, such as binding and collating documents.
We are looking for a candidate who has a happy demeanour and a positive 'can do' attitude, who is an enthusiastic and energetic team player.
You need to have basic computer skills and good verbal and written communication.
The role will also require you to be reliable, proactive and have the ability to effectively prioritise your workload.
