The Role 12 month fixed term contract.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily village operations including kitchen operation, grounds, maintenance and housekeepingPre and post-handover reviews with the Park Manager/sManage park team, including rostering and ad-hoc recruitmentMonitoring labour and park budgetsOffice administrationAttending to after-hours call outsWhat we look forThis Relief manager role is uniquely suitable for a flexible, mobile individual to complete relief assignments varying in duration, location and consistency.
Your experience will allow you to hit the ground running and seamlessly operate the property in the Managers absence.
Experience in accommodation management - Work stay/village preferredMobility to travel (occasionally at short notice) to different locations, including remote areasFlexibility to work at our properties for varying durationsProven experience in managing, developing and training staffDemonstrated experience managing budgets and financial reportingPrevious experience with RMS or similar systemKnowledge and understanding of WHS and responsibilitiesKnowledge of HACCP and Food Safety desirableCurrent manual driver's license essentialBenefitsCompetitive salary packageAccommodation and utilities included whilst in parkDiscounts on accommodation at over 300 G'day holiday parksEmployee Assistance ProgramBefore receiving a job offer, candidates must consent to a Federal Police Clearance for criminal records.
