Hours per fortnight Minimum 50 hours per annum, employed on roster basis, hours will vary.
Period of Appointment For 12 months.
Duties The purpose of the role is to host visitors to the Three Capes Track by providing information, interpretation, advice and assistance regarding the use and management of the Three Capes Track.
Essential Requirements Physical fitness and a medical clearance from a GP to undertake an 'arduous' task-based assessment (4.83km walk, carrying 20.5kg in 45 minutes) and suitability to work in a remote area. Completion of a medical disclosure form. Registration to "Work with Vulnerable People" as required under the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013. Desirable Requirements A current motor vehicle drivers' licence. Workplace Level 2 First Aid qualification. Wilderness First Aid qualification.
