What role will you play?As a Relief Executive Assistant, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of business activities covering for our Executive Assistants whilst they are on leave. You will provide a high level of support to a range of teams and executives and will have the opportunity to work across every aspect of the business. You will have the opportunity to learn more about the organisation and utilise your Executive Assistant and interpersonal skills.
What you offer2-5 years' experience as an Executive AssistantExperience managing diaries, arranging complex travel, organising meetings and coordinating eventsAbility to work autonomously and have a proactive approach with exceptional attention to detailA can-do attitude, excellent communication, planning and organisation skills, the ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements will enable you to effectively manage and deliver resultsIntermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us; if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie, we encourage you to apply.
