Ventia is currently seeking casual relief caretakers to join their WA Team in Bindoon on a casual basis to commence immediately.
Would this role suit me? We can fly people in from anywhere in Australia, or we also have space for a caravan if you are currently traveling.
This role would suit retired/semi-retired or traveling couples.
As the Caretaker, your duties will include but are not limited to the following: Mowing and slashing as requiredFire break maintenanceCleaning of all accommodation facilitiesRemoval of rubbishProviding a security presenceIrrigation repairsMarch in and outEscorting of contractors on siteDue to the highly specialised and isolated nature of the Caretaker role, specific competencies are necessary to ensure all required tasks can be completed adequately: Must hold a current C Class vehicle licenceHold or be able to obtain Certificate in Senior First AidWell-defined written and verbal communication skillsBasic computer skills in MS Office applicationsGood radio communications skillsYou must be an Australian citizen and able to maintain a Department of Defence Security Clearance to apply.
