At present we are offering a minimum of 30.4 hrs per fortnight (4 shifts), however we envision you will be rostered up to full time hours at times when covering annual leave. There is a potential for this role to become full time however we can not guarantee full time hours. Furthermore, we have scheduled guaranteed full-time hours starting on 29 th April 2024 till 07 th of June 2024 at Salter Point, 29th of July till 06th September at Mosman Park and 09th of September to 13 of September at Kinross. ABOUT THE ROLE This position is a relief Administration Assistant required to travel to multiple locations covering planned and adhoc leave. Amana Living currently has 13 facilities in Perth Metropolitan area and 1 facility in Mandurah. Each facility has a dedicated Administration Assistant who has up to 4 weeks of Annual Leave entitlements per year. Your role will be to cover leave at each facility. You will be required to travel to theses location, so a car is essential in the role.
You will be trained in systems and processes, and you will be required to support sites with the Reception and Administrative tasks while the permanent admin is on leave.
Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders Manage a clean and professional Reception environment Efficiently manage day-to-day administrative tasks at different sites. Handle correspondence and communication. Rostering and processing timesheets for staff. Maintain organized records and databases. Assist with basic accounting and financial tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will have demonstrated administration experience in a busy/dynamic environment and a proven background in a customer service-related role.
There may be times you will be called in to cover sick leave so you will be available Monday – Friday. You will be expected to work during school holidays however not during public holidays.
Ideally, you will be someone that loves working in different environments, but doesn't require full time hours to support your living requirements.
Proven experience in administrative roles. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Intermediate in Microsoft office Suite Proficiency in using software Adaptability to work in diverse environments. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. Driver's license and vehicle.
