This role will provide technical support to the reliability team to implement systems to reduce equipment downtime.
Main duties will include, but are not limited to: Assist in writing technical standard jobs (SOP)Identify areas of top losses and stoppages impacting asset performance (downtime reports)Complete RCA with engineering team on repeated and Major breakdownsManage corrective actions from RCAs to ensure implementationImprove Planned Maintenance practices and standardsRegular reviews of planned Maintenance effectiveness and frequenciesTransition to predictive maintenance through condition monitoringVibration analysisOil analysisThermographyMTBF and MTTF analysisAssist Engineering team during asset criticality analysisAssist Reliability manager during FMEAsAssist with identifying critical spare parts of all critical equipmentRegularly meet with production and Maintenance team leaders on equipment performanceWork closely with Preventative Planner to ensure correctness and effectiveness of Planned maintenance policiesSupport Planning team with technical equipment knowledgeProvide training to trades personnel on SOPsLiaise with OEMs for recommended service schedules, training and spare partsWhat we're looking for Relevant tertiary or trade qualificationRCM experience in fixed plant and equipmentFormal training and experience in oil/vibration analysis advantageousExperience working with electrical motors, gearboxes, pumps, shaft alignment and v-belt tensioning.SunPork is an equal opportunity employer.
