In this role you will oversee a team of 13 Reliability Technicians, providing maintenance expertise and leadership, with a primary objective of optimising reliability, safety, productivity, quality, efficiency and environment impact.
With your leadership you will continue to build and manage a continuous improvement culture, with teamwork as the foundation to how we show up to support the wider factory in achieving mutual outcomes.
What are we looking for? Engineering degree preferred, but not essentialMechanical/Electrical certificationStrong people management, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop your direct reportsFamiliarity working with SAP PMContinuous improvement and ability to navigate and confidently influence change across multiple departments and stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skillsWhat will be your key responsibilities? Supervise the Reliability department providing continuous guidance, support and trainingRespond efficiently to engineering and information requests from external departments, to generate solutions and work ordersControl labour, equipment and maintenance costs whilst ensuring the availability of adequate change parts and consumablesDevelop, implement and execute the weekly maintenance planWorking in partnership with other departments to provide timely project outcomes, including: estimation, planning, sourcing, supervision, commissioning and trainingDevelopment of a continuous improvement culture by involving relevant personnel in the ongoing identification, development and implementation of improvements.Review and approve Associate work requests and other ad hoc maintenance requirementsAbility to diagnose and evaluate equipment issues.What can you expect from Mars?
